Certification is one of the most critical steps in fixture development. Certification assures that the fixture meets all of the specifications in the design.  Certification is conducted using calibrated equipment including component measurement machine (CMM), inclinometer, weight scale, etc.  Each of the critical elements of the fixture is verified and documented.  A certificate is provided with each fixture.  Each fixture is labeled with a serial number for traceability.
